Face to face counselling suspended temporarily

During these unprecedented times, I am still counselling by using Zoom or WhatsApp video, along with outdoor walk and talk sessions. Please do get in touch if you would like to arrange an initial session.

I realise that these alternatives to face to face counselling may feel very different, but I will do my best to help you feel at ease.

Many of my clients have found that these alternative arrangements actually offer increased flexibility without impacting professionalism or value. They find them:

  • Simple and Easy. Most people find the transition from traditional therapy to online easier than they expected.
  • Safe and secure. I use a trusted, safe and private video conferencing application.
  • Effective. I practice the same methodologies as I would face to face.
  • Convenient. No travel is involved and sessions can be arranged at mutually convenient times.
